Participants are reminded to report in proper attire:
 -NO Slippers/Sandals, only covered shoes are allowed.
 -NO shorts, 3/4 pants, bikinis, etc, only long pants are allowed for male participants
 -NO grace period will be given to teams that arrive late. 
 -Referees decisions are final.

Prize structure for COD4 is changed dued to poor sign ups. The new prize structure is as follows:

1st:  S$2,500.00
2nd: S$1,500.00
3rd:  S$500.00
